Help Me Help You and 999,999

I have this "outrageous" goal of serving one million people within a year. I think it's possible. Although you may think that I am crazy, it has been done before (by others).

Since I've set this goal months ago, I have served an estimated of 5563 people. I estimated this from the attendance of my seminars, reader count from my blogs (which I divide by 5 to adjust for repeat visitors), readership estimate of the newspaper for which I write, and many other avenues that I serve through. This is still a long way from the goal of serving 1,000,000.

I can't do this alone. I am realizing more and more the truth of Exodus 18:18 and Ecclesiastes 4:9 which generally teaches me that I can't do it alone. I need your help. No, I am NOT asking for financial help. However, I am asking you to do any or all of the following three things (which would actually benefit you and others):

1. Send any questions you have to me at healthsciencewriter@gmail.com regarding fitness, nutrition, and even spirituality. These are my areas of expertise. Please take advantage of my services in these areas (many of which are FREE. I offer seminars (many are FREE depending on where), one-to-one consultations (some are FREE), and personal training (usually for pay).

2. Read my blogs and articles on a regular basis. They are designed to "program" your mind to get into healthy habits.

3. SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW about my blogs (free teachings and guidance) and my services.
